NIGHT SILENCE

The night silence lasts from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Due to the fact that the hotel is a place of rest, we ask you to behave quietly throughout the 24-hour period.

CHECK-IN / CHECK - OUT

Hotel day starts at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day for an additional fee. Please report the extension of your stay at the Reception. The hotel reserves the right to disregard your request if all beds are used.

KIDS

During the vacations we organize animations for children with professional animators. The games take place according to the schedule available at the reception and on our website.

In our restaurants we serve dishes selected for the little ones - delicious breakfasts and dinners await.

We ask that children on the hotel premises be accompanied by adults. We care about the safety of children and follow proper child protection procedures. The receptionist may inquire about the child's identity and the child's relationship to the person with whom he or she has arrived at or is staying in the facility.

ECOLOGY

Every day in hotels around the world, towels and linens that have been used only once are washed. This involves wasting water and using huge amounts of detergent.

That's why the rooms in the villa area are cleaned only every third day. Additional cleaning, replacement of towels or bed linen during your stay is possible for an additional fee of 150 PLN. Please report your desire for additional service to the reception.

Access to the Internet is free of charge. More information at the Reception.

PAYMENT CARDS

The hotel accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro.

SMOKING

Total smoking is prohibited in the villa area, except in designated outdoor areas. The property is equipped with smoke detection detectors. If you violate the ban, you will be charged for refreshing your room and unjustified intervention of the fire department.

PARKING

Parking on the hotel premises is unguarded, monitored, free of charge.

CAR CHARGERS

There are chargers for electric and hybrid cars at the hotel. More information at the Reception desk.

BICYCLES

We have bicycle storage space available on the premises. More details at the Reception. The facility is not responsible for items left in the locker.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

During your stay at the hotel, please remember to:

- make sure windows and balcony doors are closed before leaving the room,

- do not share your room cards (keys) with third parties,

- in case of loss of the card (key) to the room immediately inform the Reception,

- do not use your own heating devices in the room, such as heater, iron, stove, etc.

- become familiar with the fire safety instructions, evacuation routes, location of the nearest alarm buttons and firefighting equipment.

ACTION IN CASE OF FIRE

If you notice a fire you should:

- activate the nearest emergency button or inform Reception,

- proceed to evacuate according to the following instructions.

If you hear the fire alarm you should:

- immediately leave your room by closing the door behind you (before opening the door, check that it is not very hot - if it is hot, please do not open it),

- follow the signs indicating the direction of evacuation to the stairwell and continue until you exit the building,

- in case of heavy smoke, move in a bent position, covering your mouth and nose with a moistened handkerchief,

- after exiting the building, go to the marked assembly area so that the staff can determine how many people still remain in the building.

If you have to stay in the room you should:

- inform the reception by phone of your whereabouts and that you cannot evacuate,

- seal the door and air vents with water-soaked towels and bedding,

- remove curtains and drapes from the windows,

- if smoke continues to enter the room, cover your head with a damp towel,

- as a last resort, open the window.
